Orders

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic within UK : 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and local postal services)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs delays, postal service issues, etc.).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries. If your region has restrictions on importing supplements, please check your local regulations before ordering.
  • We are not responsible for packages refused or returned due to import restrictions.

Lost or Delayed Packages
