We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used supplements.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements (for safety reasons)
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products (such as personalized items)
  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unopened item you have (if eligible) and then place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
