Saffron can be used as whole threads or grinded into a powder. For best results, soak the threads in warm water, milk, or tea to release their colour and flavour, or grind them for a quicker, stronger infusion.

Afghani Negin saffron is one of the highest grades of saffron produced in Afghanistan & in the world, from the flower of Crocus sativus.
It consists of long, thick, deep red stigmas that are carefully separated from the flower and dried. In the Negin grade, the strands are usually unbroken, vibrant red, and free from yellow or orange parts, which indicates very high quality. Because only the pure red stigmas are used, Negin saffron has a strong aroma, intense colour, and rich flavour, making it ideal for cooking, teas, and traditional remedies.
Afghani Negin saffron is hand harvested, meaning the stigmas are picked manually from each flower. This careful process preserves the delicate threads and helps maintain their high levels of natural compounds like crocin, safranal, and picrocrocin, which give saffron its colour, fragrance, and taste.
